The terms governing your use of looperlab.ai. Plain English. These cover the website, not the engagement (that lives in your SOW).
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of looperlab.ai (the "Site"), operated by Looper Lab, LLC ("Looper Lab," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
These Terms cover the website. They do not cover the consulting engagement itself. If you become a client, the terms of our work together are defined in the Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement you sign with us. Those documents govern the engagement.
The Site is provided for your information and to help you decide whether to engage Looper Lab for consulting services. You're welcome to read, share, and link to the content here.
You agree not to:
The content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, the Looper Lab name and logo, the names of our service offerings (The Read, The Yardage Book, The Loop, and the named systems we build), and the overall look and feel, is owned by Looper Lab or licensed to us. It's protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may share links to the Site and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the Site, repurpose our content for your own marketing, or use our branding without written permission.
We do our best to keep the information on the Site accurate and current. We can't guarantee that everything will be free of errors, omissions, or outdated information. The pricing ranges, timelines, and service descriptions on the Site are typical examples, not binding offers. Actual engagement terms are defined per client in a Statement of Work.
The case studies, frameworks, and tactics described on the Site reflect our experience and opinions. Results vary based on the business, the market, and dozens of other factors. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of any specific outcome.
The Site may link to websites operated by third parties. We don't control these sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or anything else about them. A link is not an endorsement.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Site at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Looper Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability arising out of or related to the Site, regardless of the cause of action, is limited to $100.
Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Looper Lab and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
